BILINGUAL EDITION SPANISH-ENGLISH

The magic continues and its doors will never close.
This is the fourth volume of the collection “COLOURED CANARIES IN THE 21st CENTURY” and the one that concludes this project, probably the most ambitious that has ever been published in any language in the field of colour canary breeding. It analyses, in order of official recognition by the OMJ, the TopaZ, Eumo, Onix, Cobalt and Mogno mutations, as well as others not yet recognised, such as the Pearl and Mulato.
In each chapter the author delves into the origin, standard and evolution of the mutations, with a critical analysis that helps to interpret the mutations, as is done at the highest level of canary breeding, and with interesting contributions for the most expert and that will be exciting for those who have not had the opportunity to immerse themselves in some of them.
The book is, as always, an extraordinary visual journey through elite colour canary breeding. The examples of each mutation are gorgeous and have been photographed as few others can, from knowledge of and passion for the birds, far beyond refined technique. In addition, not only the great champions are shown, but also a number of unusual birds, which are difficult to see in recent times, and which could only be shown through long and meticulous research and through access, often as a judge, to the most important shows in the world and to the most important breeders of each mutation.
The chapters dedicated to general questions about breeding and handling mutated colour canaries will clarify many doubts for the reader and will stimulate more than one thought about the way to understand the hobby of colour canaries.
The author has been an International Expert Judge for Colour Canaries for the OMJ since 1984, and has judged numerous competitions all over the world, including international and world championships.
He has published with this publisher “MY OWN VIEW”, his first book on colour canaries, “AUSTRALIAN, OCEAN AND ASIAN ESTRILDID FINCHES”, “THE GOLDFINCH AND ITS MUTATIONS”, “LIPROCHROMES”, “CLASSIC MELANICS” and, very recently, “NEW COLOURS PART I”, all in two bilingual editions, Spanish-English and French-Italian, and with great editorial success.

"This is a book by Mr. Antonio Sanz, a book that not only illustrates and captures the details in the beautiful images, but is an encyclopedia of information on each color bird. I highly recommend this book not only for novice breeders, but for those who aspire to become judges as well. "
